Haven't made agar agar for quite some time too. I love to have these kinda free time :)
So I decided to make Kiwi fruit agar agar, and decided to use yoghurt instead of coconut milk..
Sounds sour eh? Indeed it's a little sour.. Haha! But it's the natural kiwi fruit's sour-ish.
No coloring used this time too :)
I decided to try out different designs too :)
As you know, working in the childcare center there are a number of parents ordering agar agar cakes. But I really find them expensive. As they are just plain agar agar with loads of colorings and it costs $50.
As for Estimated Love's , we have it below $50, free delivery and I minimize using colorings but you can choose to have the color you want too. Customization are from $0 onwards. hahaha!
What's more, no flavorings are used as it's just the natural taste of the fruits, together with real fruit with every bite you take.
Ain't it value for money? I think it's great for children who doesn't like to eat fruits too.
You may also choose to use soyabean milk instead of coconut milk :)
Haha, alrights, this time, I added nata de coco as I was worried that it might be too sour because of the kiwi and yoghurt combination. I guess it would make it less sour. Haha!

Work has been crazy! So tiring and busy that on my free day I just feel like doing nothing.

I was so touched, cos he's the last person I would tot would buy that for me as he always say it's a waste of money.
But that really bring me lots of memory.. of our night at Hong Kong's Disneyland! and I super love carousel.. and of cos Chip and Dale!
and I snip my hair even shorter :)
hehs! and I sort of want to keep this hairstyle for awhile before I grow my long hair again :)

Actually is just the time spent at work really long.
together with travelling time, I left house before the sun is out, and reach home when the moon is out :(
Also, still coping with the transition of working life.
no more schooling life, just go to school and talk nonsense but cos the environment is new, I just keep quiet most of the time :(
still trying to observe and understand each child's character and learning to handle them.
a new age group to work with :)
Anyways, after work today, is to grandma's house for birthday celebration :)

6 more days to a life time commitment (full time job).. oh man!
well well, I noe, that's life :) on a happier note, I am closer towards plan of my future :)
Anyways, yesterday was a long day!
Went to Bank with deardear, then we went to Pizza Hut for lunch!
I think pizza hut's lunch deal is good :) about $8 each for a main, soup and soft drink :)
deardear had personal hawaiian thin crust, while I had curry zazzle!
But I still prefer Swensen's curry baked rice! Their curry is thicker and smells soo good! But I would say Pizza Hut's chicken is more tender!
and we ordered extra 4 pcs drumlets too! YUMS YUMS!
Then I went to Bugis to get some stuff for Estimated Love, while deardear went for his bike's theory class.
Bought Barcook's cream cheese raisin bun for deardear :)
Then went over to Orchard to meet deardear :)
and I bought ShareTea for him as a surprise! hehehe!
and I had tom yum dong fen set :)
He was so sweet! For the first time in the 29 months, he got me a monthsary gift (and he reminded me that it's our monthsary >.< oops!) For the first time it slipped my mind only k. hahaha!
We were shopping at Isetan when we saw this pan! It got me excited!
can make more sandwiches and pancakes! Whee!

and actually there another pan that i like.
Its a round pan, with divided section that I can make dashi maki and fry hotdogs for bento at the same time!
But the pan is about $55 (if I dint remember wrongly).

cos I already made cheesecake for him on Valentine's.

and people with motion sickness should not take this :) cos i do feel nausea after this ride. hahaha!
Then to the 4D Cinemax, but it was so crowded so we decided to return later and go to Images of Singapore first :) a wax mnuseum which I visited the 3rd time! hahaha! but deardear would wanna go there cos he has not been there before :)

I think in the past life was simple, you just earn enough for a living.
Family time and bonding is not difficult, unlike now, it's so tough to have family bonding.
u wake up, ur family still sleeping, you return home, they are sleeping too.

It's like the 4D Shrek show at USS (if you have been there before) but this is a story of pirates :)

It is expensive >.< but the food is nice, but the service wasn't very good >.< our meal costs $99.80 @.@
Why i say their service not good.. because firstly, we requested for a change of seat..
and the waitress din't even help us to get the menus from the other table to our new table >.<
we had 2 green tea :)
and why we came here cos outside wrote "Japanese charcoal grill" so I tot like steamboat like tat..
but is not.. is order from the menu. so must try their grill..
we ordered Salmon mentai :) its $2+ or $3+ i think.. for just one stick..
but the fish is sweet and good :)
and their appetizer only comes after our food is here =.="
but the veges are really crunchy and the carrots are sweet!

but the udon is so nice :) so springy!
but the soba sauce is rather tasteless, i ended up dipping my noodle in tempura sauce and the wafu beef sauce. hahaha! but i think the wafu beef sauce is mad awesome!
and my tempura dint come with any sauce until I ask "Excuse me, your tempura doesnt comes with sauce?"
anwyays, their tempura has pumpkin! I like! and fish too!
hahaha! nice :)
and lastly, a tofu cheesecake that comes with deardear's set meal :)

Alrights, last day of Hong Kong was mainly just exploring and trying new food, for us..
Woke up the usual time, packed our luggage and ready for check out.
Left our luggages at the hotel before we left for breakfast at the Dim Sum restaurant and exploring in Mong Kok :)
We always passed by this shop selling egg rolls, with super long queue!

and we tried to wash our utensils in tea like the Hong Kong Citizens..
and we realized we wash it the wrong way! So obviously we are tourists! hahaha!

on our way back, we went to grab some food at the stalls across the street near our hotel to try some local pastries!

and head off to the interchange to take airbus back to the airport!
and look at the number of luggages on the bus! Madness! and this is only one side of it @.@
and finally we reach the airport.. in an hour plus time! hahaha!
had our dinner at Terminal 2 :)
The roasted chicken comes with gloves for you to eat it with ur hands! hahaha!

Then Xuan and I board our plane first at Terminal 1 :)
and look, there's an empty space in the middle! hahaha!
so we made full use of it and enjoyed a more comfortable space in the plane!
and these are my loots for the very last day in Hong Kong :)
the umbrella is so cool. on sunny days it's plain pink, but when it rains, flower designs will form!
hahaha!
